On August 21, iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro went on sale in India. The design, colour options, and chipset specifications of the devices have already been made public by the firm. A MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC will power the iQOO Z9s, while a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset will power the iQOO Z9s Pro. A number of additional specs of the future phones, such as the display, camera, battery, charging capacity, and IP rating, have now been confirmed by iQOO.

According to the company’s official webpage, the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro will have 3D curved AMOLED displays with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The maximum brightness level supported by the Pro version is 4,500 nits. It is verified that both phones have IP64-rated constructions to withstand dust and splashes. It is stated that the phones are 7.49 mm (0.749 cm) thick.

It is known that the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro will come with 5,500mAh batteries. It has also been revealed that the Pro variant supports 80W wired fast charging. It’s unclear how much power the iQOO Z9s can hold a charge.
It has been revealed that the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro will have two rear camera units, one of which will be a 50-megapixel IMX882 main sensor that supports optical image stabilisation (OIS). The Pro version will have an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, while the standard model will have a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Both phones’ sensors allow for 4K OIS video recording in addition to AI-powered functions like AI Photo Enhance and AI Erase.
The website previously disclosed that the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 and Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipsets, respectively, would power the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro. While the Pro model will be accessible in Flamboyant Orange and Luxe Marble colourways, the vanilla iQOO Z9s variant will be available in Onyx Green and Titanium Matte colours.
