The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro was released in China on Thursday. The handset features a 50-megapixel triple back camera system and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It also includes a 6,100mAh Glacier battery that supports 100W wired rapid charging. The phone has up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The smartphone joins the OnePlus Ace 3 and Ace 3V, which debuted earlier this year in January and March, respectively.
What’s New with the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro?
OnePlus did not change the design of its Ace 3 Pro, which is comparable to that of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro. The design is very similar to the OnePlus 12, therefore the device did not receive a redesign.
However, it includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is a significant upgrade over its predecessor’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Furthermore, it is powered by a 6,100mAh battery, which means it has a higher capacity of 1,100mAh than the previous edition.
It also features an 8T LTPO AMOLED display that can dynamically vary the refresh rate to conserve battery life. In comparison, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro featured a regular AMOLED screen.

- The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro starts at YUAN 3,199 (about Rs 36,800) for the base 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option.
- YUAN 3,499 (about Rs 40,200) for the 16GB RAM and 256GB model.
- YUAN 3,799 (about Rs 43,600) for 16GB RAM and 512GB storage capacity.
- YUAN 4,399 (about Rs 50,500) for the 24GB RAM and 1TB storage capacity.
Aside from this, there are ceramic models. The 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option is priced at YUAN 3,999 (approx. Rs 46,000), while the 24GB RAM and 1TB storage unit costs YUAN 4,699 (approx. Rs 54,000).
OnePlus Ace 3 Pro Specifications and Features
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2,780 x 1,264 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 4,500nits of local peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
It runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The phone comes pre-installed with ColorOS 14.1, which is based on Android 14.
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro features a triple rear camera unit that combines a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera.
The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is powered by a 6,100mAh Glacier battery with 100W wired fast charging capability. The OnePlus Glacier battery technology is said to feature a novel, self-developed high-capacity bionic silicon-carbon compound. It is touted to provide a 22% increase in battery capacity while remaining smaller than prior generations of cells.
The phone also has 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and USB Type-C support. It has an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
