Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to arrive later this month as the successor to the Mix Fold 3. While the precise Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 debut date has yet to be announced by the business, a new leak sheds light on the design and characteristics of the forthcoming foldable phone. The leaked render depicts four Leica-branded rear cameras on the handset. The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to utilise Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and have an IPX8 grade for water resistance.
Tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) revealed the claimed render and specifications for the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 on X (previously Twitter). The official-looking render reveals the phone’s rear design.
It appears to feature a larger camera island than its predecessor. The camera module, which holds four Leica-branded cameras and an LED flash, takes up nearly one-third of the back panel.

A mock-up displays the phone’s quad rear cameras, but this may not be the final version. The phone boasts a 50-megapixel OV50E 1/1.55″ main camera, a 13MP OV13B 1/3.06″ ultra-wide-angle camera, a 60MP OV60A 1/2.8″ 2x portrait camera, and a 10MP S5K3K1 1/3.94″ 5x periscope telephoto lens. There will be a 16MP OV16F front camera.
It is rumoured to retain the side-mounted fingerprint sensor, have a slightly larger 5000mAh dual-cell battery (compared to 4800mAh in the MIX Fold 3), and allow wireless charging.
According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will include two-way satellite connection and be only 9.xmm thick. We should know more about the displays soon.
The Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 is scheduled to be released in mid-August, with the Redmi K70 Ultra, just as last year.
According to the tipster, the image and specifications are from the prototype, and the design may change before the final release. As a result, these data should be taken with a grain of salt until the business formally announces the handset.
